We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75 and its amendments,
and the System of Public Authorities and Establishments issued by Royal Decree 116/91,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A public authority named the “Public Authority for Craft Industries” is hereby established by virtue of this decree. It enjoys legal personality and must be supervised by the Diwan of Royal Court.
Article II
Sheikha Aisha bint Khalfan bin Jumayyal Al-Siyabiya is hereby appointed president of this authority with the rank of minister.
Article III
The management of the authority must be undertaken by a board composed as follows:

| – President of the Omani Women’s Association in Khasab | Member |
Article IV
A royal decree must be issued outlining the system of the authority and the management of its affairs.
Article V
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows
Article I
Those named below are hereby appointed to the position next to their name:
Hamad bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Gharibi—Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for Regional Municipalities Affairs.
Mohammed bin Khamis bin Hamdan Al-Araimi—Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for Environmental Affairs.
Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Bakri—Undersecretary of the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for Water Resources Affairs.
Article II
Royal Decree 99/2001 Appointing an Undersecretary for the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to this decree or in conflict with its provisions.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 21/2003 Establishing the State Security Court and Appointing a President for It,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows

Sheikh Ishaq bin Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed President of the Supreme Court.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

A court named the “State Security Court” is hereby established whose composition, system, mandates, and procedures to be followed before it must be determined by royal decree.
Article II
His Excellency Sayyid Hilal bin Hamad Al-Busaidi, Advisor of State for Judicial Affairs, is hereby appointed President of the State Security Court.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Corporate Income Tax Law issued by Royal Decree 47/81 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The text of article 4(1) of the mentioned Corporate Income Tax Law is hereby replaced with the following text:
1. The committee must be formed of a chairman and three members appointed by a decision by the minister.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
