Royal Decree 34/2003 Ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles signed on 30 September 2002,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding on Tourism Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall undertake the procedures for accession to the convention in accordance with its provisions, subject to the attached reservations.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
