Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96, and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to Salim bin Mohammed bin Khamis Al-Balushi.

and the Muscat Agreement on the Delimitation of the Maritime Boundary Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan signed in Muscat on 12 June 2000,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Muscat Agreement for the Delimitation of the Maritime Boundary between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
