Royal Decree 34/2024 Ratifying the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia for Air Services Between and beyond Their Respective Territories

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia for Air Services between and beyond Their Respective Territories signed in the city of Tunis on 28 June 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Air Service Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania signed in Dar es Salaam on 16 July 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
