Royal Decree 45/96 Approving the Capital Increase of Oman Aviation Services Company

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 52/81 Establishing Oman Aviation Services Company and its amendments,

the constitutive contract and the articles of association of Oman Aviation Services Company, and the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of Oman Aviation Services Company at its meeting held on 6 Dhu Al-Hijja 1416 corresponding to 24 April 1996 to increase the capital of the company,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The capital increase of the mentioned Oman Aviation Services Company from seven million to ten million five hundred thousand Rial Omani is hereby approved.

Article II

The text of article 5 of the articles of association of the company is hereby amended to read:

(Company Capital)

The capital of the company is 10,500,000 (ten million five hundred thousand) Rial Omani, divided into ten million five hundred thousand shares, the nominal value of the share is one Rial Omani, and all shares are represented by official certificates that are negotiable and registered in the names of their holders.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 May 1996.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 79/87 Establishing the Oman Fisheries Company and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 15/92 Appointing the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Fisheries Company and the Members Representing the Stake of the Government in the Board,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Article II of the mentioned Royal Decree 15/92 is hereby amended as follows:

Article II

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of Oman Fisheries Company and representatives of the stake of the government:

– Minister of Regional Municipalities and Environment.

– Minister of Commerce and Industry.

– Minister of Electricity and Water.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 47/94 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Finance and Economy,

and Royal Decree 69/95 Amending the Ministerial Formation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The competences of the Ministry of Finance are hereby adopted in accordance with annex 1 attached to this decree.

The Council of Ministers may entrust the ministries and units of the administrative apparatus of the state with carrying out the competences stipulated in paragraphs 10, 11, and 12 of this annex, or some of them, as of the specified dates in accordance with the approved timetable in this regard.

Article 2

The organisational structure of the Ministry of Finance is hereby adopted in accordance with annex 2 attached to this decree.

Article 3

The records and allocations of the Ministry of Finance and Economy must be distributed between each of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of National Economy in accordance with the approved competences of each of them.
