We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 90/85 Determining the Employment Status of the Position of Secretary General,

and Royal Decree 84/96 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Palace Office Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Yahya bin Saud bin Mansour Al-Sulaimi is hereby appointed Secretary General for Communications and Coordination in the Ministry of the Palace Office.

Article 2

Major General Yahya bin Nasser bin Khamis Al-Fahdi is hereby appointed an Advisor in the Ministry of the Palace Office with his same grade and allocations.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The name of the “Ministry of Palace Office Affairs” is hereby amended to the “Ministry of the Palace Office”.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 87/82 Regarding the Competences of the Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs,

Royal Decree 69/95 Amending the Ministerial Formation,

and Royal Decree 39/96 Determining the Mandates of the Ministry of Finance and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister Supervising the Ministry of Finance is hereby assigned to exercise the mandates prescribed by royal decrees, laws, systems, and regulations to the Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs, without prejudice to the mandates prescribed to other ministries and government entities.

Article 2

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
