We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Agreement Between the United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman on Civil Aviation Security signed on 30 June 1994,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The signing of the Agreement Between the United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman on Civil Aviation Security signed on 30 June 1994 is herby approved.

Article II

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A fund named the “Sultan’s Special Force Pension Fund” is hereby established in accordance with this decree.

Article II

The fund has an independent legal personality and is not considered a government administrative unit.

Article III

The Minister of Palace Office Affairs, Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, shall issue the constitution of the fund and its internal regulations.

Article IV

The Minister of Palace Office Affairs, Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and all other relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within their mandate.

Article V

All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

Article VI

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
