We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 79/81 Forming the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The appointment of the judge nominated for membership of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Tribunal is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 49/93 Authorising the Signing of the Cultural Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Korea,

and the mentioned agreement signed in the city of Muscat on 2 February 1994,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Cultural Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Korea is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement on the Promotion, Protection, and Guarantee of Investments Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The head of the delegation of the Sultanate to the meetings of the tenth session of the COMCEC is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on the Promotion, Protection, and Guarantee of Investments Among Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement Between the United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman on Civil Aviation Security signed on 30 June 1994,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The signing of the Agreement Between the United States of America and the Sultanate of Oman on Civil Aviation Security signed on 30 June 1994 is herby approved.

Article II

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 8/92 Issuing the Muscat Municipality Law and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 72/93 Appointing Members of the Municipal Council for Muscat Municipality,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Mazin bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Tai is hereby appointed a member of the Municipal Council of Muscat Municipality in its third term, replacing Hamoud bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Hassani.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with it, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
