We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 53/88 Issuing the Law of Muscat Securities Market and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Mahmoud bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Jarwani is hereby appointed Executive President of Muscat Securities Market.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Educational Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Arab Emirates is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 70/87 Regulating the Ownership of Real Estate by Nationals of the States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf,

and the decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its fourteenth session during the period from 20 to 22 December 1993 approving the re-regulation of the ownership of real estate by nationals of the states of the council in member states,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the mentioned decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf hereby apply.

Article II

The mentioned Royal Decree 70/87 is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
