We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Italian Republic for the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed in Rome on 3 Muharram 1414 corresponding to 23 June 1993,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Italian Republic for the Promotion and Protection of Investments signed in Rome on 3 Muharram 1414 corresponding to 23 June 1993 is hereby approved for signature.

Article II

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 33/93 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Economic, Trade, and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 25 Dhu Al-Hijja 1413 corresponding to 15 June 1993,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of India is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The signing of the mentioned Agreement Establishing the Joint Committee for Cooperation and the Framework Agreement for Cooperation Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen signed in Muscat on 8 September 1993 is hereby approved.

Article II

The mentioned agreements are hereby ratified.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Omani nationality is hereby granted to those named in the attached list, from the date stated next to each name.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.

The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines for Air Services is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
