We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the Cultural Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Korea,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of Heritage and Culture is hereby authorised to sign the Cultural Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Korea.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 34/78 Ratifying the Agreement Establishing Gulf Air Company,

Royal Decree 10/84 Appointing Representatives of the Government Share to the Board of Directors of Gulf Air Company,

and the decisions of the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Gulf Air held in Muscat on 14 June 1990,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The appointment of Salim bin Ali bin Nasser Al-Siyabi as Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Air Company is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 1 January 1991.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 4/93 Establishing the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The text of the first paragraph of article 4 of the Articles of Association of the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates is hereby replaced with the following text:

Article 4

The management of the establishment must be undertaken by a board of directors formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Commerce and Industry and the membership of:

1. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for Industry as Deputy Chairman.

2. The Director General of Commerce.

3. The Director General of Industry.

4. The chief executive officer of the establishment.

5. The two directors of industrial estates.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
