We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 40/86 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
His Excellency Sayyid Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al-Busaidi—Our ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative of the Sultanate to the League of Arab States—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Cyprus.
Article II
Ambassador Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Aqeel Al-Dhahab—Our ambassador to the United Kingdom—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Zambia.
Article III
Ambassador Mounir bin Abdulnabi bin Yousuf Makki—Our ambassador to the French Republic—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia on the Promotion and Protection of Investment signed in Tunis on 10 Rabi Al-Thani 1412 corresponding to 19 October 1991,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisiaon the Promotion and Protection of Investment signed in Tunis on 10 Rabi Al-Thani 1412 corresponding to 19 October 1991 is hereby approved.
Article II
The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisiaon the Promotion and Protection of Investment is hereby ratified.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
