Royal Decree 60/90 Authorising the Signing of the Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

His Excellency Salim bin Abdullah Al-Ghazali, Minister of Commerce and Industry, is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement on Economic and Trade Cooperation Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
