We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 9/86 Issuing the Law on Sultan Qaboos University and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Dr Mubarak bin Saleh Al-Khaduri—Special Advisor to His Majesty the Sultan—is hereby appointed a member of the Council of Sultan Qaboos University.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Yousef is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Development Council and granted the rank of minister, and is also appointed an advisor in the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
