We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 63/88 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the provisions of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 10 September 1988,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 47/77 Issuing the Livestock Protection and Veterinary Quarantine Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A new paragraph is hereby added to article 32 of the mentioned Royal Decree 47/77, with the following text:

“The minister, in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, may impose fees on veterinary quarantine procedures and on veterinary health permits and certificates, and may determine the types of these fees, the method of their collection, and the cases of total or partial exemption from them.”

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

and the draft Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Deputy Prime Minister for Financial and Economic Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the French Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
