We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Sayyid Hamoud bin Nasr Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed an advisor to the Ministry of Royal Diwan Affairs with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 25/75 Forming the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman,
and the Banking Law 7/74,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The membership of Mohammed bin Moosa Al-Yousef, Undersecretary of Financial Affairs, in the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby renewed for a period of five years starting from 15 July 1986.
Article 2
The membership of Ahmed bin Abdulnabi Makki, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby renewed for a period of five years starting from 15 July 1986.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.

Article 1
The exemption prescribed by the mentioned Royal Decree 61/80 for companies wholly owned by Omani nationals hereby continues to apply until the end of December 1986.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Housing is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached chart.
Article 2
The ministry shall exercise its powers through its various units and in accordance with its approved organisational structure. The committee currently responsible for examining real estate disputes within the ministry shall continue its work until a royal decree on the statute for resolving real estate disputes is issued.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 63/79 Establishing the Public Authority for Water Resources,
Royal Decree 68/79 Establishing the Council for Environmental Protection and Pollution Control and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Water Resources Authority shall be transferred to the Environmental and Water Resources Protection Council, and the council shall determine its mandates and its mode of operation within the framework of its adopted organisational structure.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
