We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 22 February 1986,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Agreement on the Reciprocal Exemption of Tax on Income Derived from Air Transport Activities Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Kuwait is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Banking Law 7/74 and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 42/81 Increasing the Capital of the Central Bank of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The authorised capital of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby increased from fifty million to one hundred million Rial Omani, provided that the paid-up capital is set at one hundred million Rial Omani as of 31 December 1985.
Article 2
The Central Bank of Oman shall pay the increase stipulated in article 1 of this decree on 31 December 1985, from its general reserve.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Ambassador Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Harthi, Our ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Somalia, is hereby transferred and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Tunisia.
Article 2
Ambassador Mohammed bin Taher bin Alawi Aideed, Our ambassador to the Italian Republic, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
