We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 77/84 Issuing the Law Governing the Capital Municipality as amended by Royal Decree 80/85,

and Royal Decree 81/85 Appointing the Members of the Municipal Council,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Mohammed bin Mohsin bin Hamad Al-Rashdi is hereby appointed a member of the Municipal Council of the Capital Municipality.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
