We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 16/85 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Office of the Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan,

and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Sayyid Julanda bin Saif Al-Said is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Office of the Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan with the grade of undersecretary of a ministry.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Environment is hereby appointed as a member of the Water Resources Council.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
