Based on Royal Decree 9/2007 regarding Al-Mouj Muscat Project,

Royal Decree 12/2006 regarding the System of the Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourism Complexes,

the Governance of the Ownership of Real Estate by Nationals of the States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in Member States promulgated by Royal Decree 21/2004,

the Real Estate Register System promulgated by Royal Decree 2/98,

the Executive Regulation of the System of the Ownership of Real Estate in Integrated Tourism Complexes issued by Ministerial Decision 191/2007,

the development agreement signed on 10 June 2006 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman represented by the Ministry of Tourism and Al-Mouj Muscat SAOC,

and the approval of the Ministry of Housing by letter MH/MO/1/18/1077/2008 dated 8 Shawwal 1429 corresponding to 8 October 2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The attached rules and systems shall apply in regard to real estate in Al-Mouj Muscat Project.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
