We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Oil and Gas Law issued by Royal Decree 8/2011,
Royal Decree 70/2005 Approving the Mukhaizna Field Production Sharing Agreement signed between its parties on 21 June 2005,
and Amendment 2 to the Mukhaizna Field Production Sharing Agreement signed between its parties on 1 March 2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Amendment 2 to the Mukhaizna Field Production Sharing Agreement is hereby approved.Article II

the Mineral Resources Law issued by Royal Decree 19/2019,
and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Global Integrated Enginering LLC for Block I-51 signed on 22 June 2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned exploration and mining concession agreement is hereby approved.Article II

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Social Protection Law issued by Royal Decree 52/2023,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The texts of clauses 2, 3, and 5 of article VI of the mentioned Royal Decree 52/2023 are hereby replaced with the following texts:2. The provisions of the branch of insurance against work injuries and occupational diseases for non-Omani workers of the attached law, which come into force after 5 (five) years from the date of the issuance of this decree.
3. Chapter six of part three of the attached law, which comes into force after 3 (three) years from the date of the issuance of this decree.
5. Article 139(1) of the attached law, which comes into force from the date specified by the Board of Directors of the Social Protection Fund, not exceeding 4 (four) years from the date of the issuance of this decree.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.Article III
