We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement on the Establishment of an International Transport and Transit Corridor between the Governments of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Sultanate of Oman, the State of Qatar, Turkmenistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan (Ashgabat Agreement) signed in the city of Ashgabat on 21 Jumada Al-Awwal 1432, corresponding to 25 April 2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification for the aforementioned agreement in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 26/75,

the Public Authorities and Establishments System promulgated by Royal Decree 116/91,

the National Records and Archives Law promulgated by Royal Decree 60/2007,

and Royal Decree 70/2008 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the National Records and Archives Authority,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The level of the “Administrative and Financial Affairs Directorate” in the National Records and Archives Authority is hereby upgraded to a directorate general named the “Directorate General of Administrative and Financial Affairs”.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 75/2011 Approving the Assignment by RAK Petroleum Oman Limited (Block 47) of 49.9999% of Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 1 October 2001 to RAK Petroleum Oman Limited,

the collection of documents by which Novus Oman Limited was renamed Indago Oman Limited,
