We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,

and Royal Decree 31/2011 Recomposing the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Dr Hamad bin Said bin Suleiman Al-Aufi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Fisheries.

Article II

Dr Ishaq bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Ruqaishi is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries for Agriculture.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the State Financial Audit Law promulgated by Royal Decree 55/2000,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The name of the “State Financial Audit Institution” is hereby replaced with “State Financial and Administrative Audit Institution” wherever it occurs in the laws and decrees in force.

Article II

The necessary amendments to the aforementioned State Financial Audit Law are hereby made in accordance with the provisions of article I.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
