Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Dr Bader bin Mohammed bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the Republic of Austria, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Bulgaria, and the Slovak Republic.

Article II

and Royal Decree 82/93 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court,

Article I

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court is hereby adopted in the manner specified in the attached annex.

Article II

The mandates of the Diwan of Royal Court are hereby determined by royal order.

Article III

The mentioned Royal Decree 82/93 is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the provisions of this decree.
