The assignment by Indago Oman Limited of 49.9999% of its rights and obligations in the mentioned petroleum agreement signed on 1 October 2001 to Indago Ventures is hereby approved.

Article II

A directorate general named the “Directorate General of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources for the Governorate of Buraimi” is hereby established in the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources.
