We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 62/95 Delegating the Signing of the Annex Amending the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Profits Arising From International Air Transport,

and the annex to the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 3 December 1995,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Annex to the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Profits Arising From International Air Transport, signed in Muscat on 3 December 1995, is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Yemen in the Fields of Sports and Youth signed in the city of Muscat on 25 June 1996,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Memorandum of Understanding Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Yemen in the Fields of Sports and Youth is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
