We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 113/91 Establishing the Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The name of the “Public Authority for Sports and Youth Activities” is hereby amended to the “Public Authority for Youth Sports and Cultural Activities”.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of a Joint Committee Between the Two Countries,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on the Establishment of a Joint Committee Between the Two Countries.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 46/92 Authorising the Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Fields of Youth and Sport,

and the text of the mentioned memorandum of understanding signed in Muscat on 14 November 1992,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the Fields of Sports and Youth is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue adopted by the International Conference held in Hamburg on 24 April 1979,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned International Convention on Maritime Search and Rescue is hereby approved.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of accession to the convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
