We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 22/91 Authorising the Signing of the Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Tunisia on 30 November 1991,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned Arab Agreement for Facilitating the Transfer of Arab Cultural Production is hereby ratified.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification with the Arab League Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization in accordance with the provisions of the agreement.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 53/88 Issuing the Muscat Securities Market Law,

and Royal Decree 1/91 Adopting the Fourth Five-Year Development Plan (1991-1995),

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The text of article 34(a) of the mentioned Muscat Securities Market Law issued by Royal Decree 53/88 is hereby replaced with the following text:

Article 34(a)

The Public Treasury of the Sultanate shall bear the capital and current expenses of the market during the period of its establishment, and for another period not exceeding the end of the mentioned fourth five-year plan, provided that the market is then financed from its own sources of financing.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 20 May 1991.

Royal Decree 31/71 Delegating the Application for the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Membership of Certain International Financial Organisations,

Royal Decree 49/83 Ratifying the Increase of the Share of the Sultanate in the Special Drawing Rights of the International Monetary Fund,

and the decision of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund 45/2 issued on 28 June 1990,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The increase of the share of the Sultanate of Oman in the International Monetary Fund from 63.1 million to 119.4 million units of special drawing rights is hereby ratified. The Sultanate of Oman shall bear all the obligations arising from such increase in accordance with the laws in force in it.

Article II

All relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandates.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
