We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 6 February 1991,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income and Profits Derived from International Air Transport is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
