We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 49/90 Establishing a Committee for Commercial and Industrial Coordination,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The following are hereby appointed members of the Commercial and Industrial Coordination Committee:
– Undersecretary of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
– Director General of Customs in Royal Oman Police.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Hamoud bin Sangour bin Hashim is hereby appointed Executive President of the Central Bank of Oman.
Article II
All that is contrary to this decree is hereby repealed.

The membership of Ahmed bin Abdulnabi Makki, Minister of Civil Service, in the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, as Deputy Chairman of the Board, is hereby renewed for a period of five years starting from 15 July 1991.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the International Border Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed by Us on 24 Sha’ban 1410 corresponding to 21 March 1990,
and the first annex to the mentioned agreement regarding the regulation of border authorities, and the second annex regarding the regulation of grazing, movement, and utilisation rights of water resources in the border area, signed in the city of Hafr Al-Batin on 24 Sha’ban 1410 corresponding to 21 March 1990,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The first annex to the mentioned International Border Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding the regulation of border authorities, and the second annex to the agreement regarding the regulation of grazing, movement, and utilisation rights of water resources in the border area, signed in the city of Hafr Al-Batin on 24 Sha’ban 1410 corresponding to 21 March 1990, are hereby ratified.

Ambassador Hussain bin Ali bin Abdullatif—Our ambassador to the Republic of Korea—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of the Philippines.
Article II
Ambassador Munir bin Abdulnabi bin Yousuf Makki—Our ambassador to the French Republic—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Senegal.
Article III
Ambassador Salim bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Wahaibi—Our ambassador to the Republic of India—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Mauritius.
Article IV
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry issued on 15 May 1973 and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Articles 32 and 34 of the mentioned General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry are hereby amended as follows:
Article 32
The term of office of the board of directors is four Gregorian years.
Article 34
The board of directors shall, upon its completion, elect from among its members a deputy chairman, a secretary, a treasurer, and three members who, together with the chairman, constitute the executive office of the chamber.
Article II
Article 33 of the mentioned General Statute of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hereby repealed.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.
