We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Protocol Relating to an Amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed in Montreal on 30 September 1977,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The mentioned Protocol Relating to an Amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed in the city of Montreal on 30 September 1977 is hereby ratified.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation signed in the city of Algiers on 19 Shawwal 1410, corresponding to 13 May 1990,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation signed in the city of Algiers on 19 Shawwal 1410, corresponding to 13 May 1990 is hereby approved.
Article II
The mentioned Agreement of the Arab Satellite Communications Organisation is hereby ratified.

Ambassador Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Rasbi—Our ambassador to the Republic of Italy—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, the Republic of Romania, the Republic of Malta, and the Hellenic Republic.
