We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Banking Law 7/74 and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 36/86 Increasing the Capital of the Central Bank of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The capital of the Central Bank of Oman is hereby increased from one hundred million to one hundred and seventy-five million Rial Omani from 31 December 1990.Article II
The Central Bank of Oman shall transfer the increase stipulated in article I of this decree from the reserves available to it.Article III

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Dawood bin Nathar Al-Zadjali, an employee of the Scouts and Guides National Authority, is hereby promoted to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule, in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman,
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Protocol of 1988 Relating to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974,
and the Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention on Load Lines of 1966,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned Protocol of 1988 Relating to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea of 1974 and the Protocol of 1988 Relating to the International Convention on Load Lines of 1966 is hereby approved.
Article II
Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of ratification with the Secretary General of the International Maritime Organisation in accordance with the provisions of both protocols.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned United Nations Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances is hereby approved.
Article II
Competent entities shall deposit the instruments of accession to the convention with the Secretary General of the United Nations in accordance with its provisions.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
