We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 3/83 on the Law Governing Omani Nationality and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

In exception to the provisions of the mentioned Royal Decree 3/83, Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to:

– Fatima bint Furaish bin Mohammed Al-Adawi

       – Mariam bint Furaish bin Mohammed Al-Adawi

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from 25 October 1988.

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 80/86 Appointing a Member to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representative of the Share of the Government,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as representatives of the share of the government:

1. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Sayyid Al-Mirdas bin Ahmed Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed an advisor in the Ministry of Interior and transferred to the first financial grade of the first circle of the general schedule, in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Salim bin Mohammed Al-Ghailani is hereby appointed Advisor for Folklore Heritage in the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture with effect from 18 June 1988, and is granted the special grade in exception to the provisions of the mentioned Civil Service Law.

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
