We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 109/81 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Somali Democratic Republic for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 19 March 1983,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Somali Democratic Republic on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 118/81 Authorising the Minister of Transport to Sign the Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the United Republic of Tanzania on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and the texts of the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 16 May 1982,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall come into force from the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The mentioned Bilateral Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus on Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories is hereby ratified.

Article 2

Salim bin Mohammed Al-Khusaibi—Our ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan—is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Kingdom of Nepal.

Article 2

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
