We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the General Statute of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Oman issued on 15 May 1973, and in particular article 29 of it,
and based on what was proposed to Us by the eight elected members of the board of directors of the chamber.
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The following members are hereby admitted to the board of directors:
1. Salim bin Abdullah bin Hamed Al-Ishaqi.
2. Salim bin Hilal Al-Khalili.
3. Mohammed Abdulrasoul Al-Jamali.
4. Amer Al-Maashni.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

Article 1
Jamaan Mohammed Al-Shab is hereby promoted to the position of Director of the Accounting Directorate in Our Diwan of Protocol in Salalah.
Article 2
Major Jaber Taskar is hereby promoted to the position of Director in Our Diwan of Protocol.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.

after perusal of article 12 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and on the basis of matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Foulaz Mohammed Hadid is hereby promoted to the grade of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Foreign Ministry.
Article 2
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from 1 February 1975 and must be published in the Official Gazette.

In pursuance of public interest,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Affairs Council,
and after referring to the Banking Law issued in 1974,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Dr Yousef Nematullah is hereby appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman and its Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 January 1975, provided that he remains Advisor for Oil Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
