We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 26/75,

and Royal Decree 32/2003 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Social Development and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A directorate general is hereby established in the Ministry of Social Development named the “Directorate General of Persons with Disabilities Affairs”, subordinate to the undersecretary.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011, Royal Decree 17/2007 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and British Petroleum (BP Amoco Exploration Epsilon Limited) for Block 61, the collection of documents by which BP Amoco Exploration Epsilon Limited was renamed BP Exploration Epsilon Limited, and the Amended Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate and BP Exploration Epsilon Limited for Block 61 signed on 16 December 2013, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned amended petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II
