Based on the Law on the Regulation and Privatisation of the Electricity and Related Water Sector promulgated by Royal Decree 78/2004,

the Regulation for the Distribution and Tariff of Electricity and Drinking Water issued by Ministerial Decision 7/86,

the Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity issued by Decision 6/2020,

and the approval of the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached regulation hereby apply in regard to the approved tariff for the connection and supply of electricity.

Article II

The aforementioned Regulation of the Approved Tariff for the Connection and Supply of Electricity is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 January 2025.

and the approval of the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff hereby apply.

Article II

The aforementioned Regulation of Cost Reflective Tariff is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached regulation or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Based on the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 131/2020 regarding the Water and Wastewater Sector,

and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Authority for Public Services Regulation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached regulation shall apply in regard to accident notification in the water and wastewater sector.

Article II

All that is contrary to the attached regulation, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
