We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the decision of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf in its 32nd (thirty-second) session held in Riyadh during the period 19-20 December 2011 adopting the Law of Veterinary Pharmaceuticals,

and after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The provisions of the attached law shall apply in regard to veterinary medicines.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 112/2000 Ratifying the Protocol of Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization,

and the Protocol Amending the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization,

and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of ratification for the aforementioned protocol in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned protocol is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of ratification for the aforementioned protocol in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
