We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 67/90 Delegating in the Signing of the Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Arising From International Air Transport,

and the mentioned agreement signed in Muscat on 9 November 1991,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania for the Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income Arising From International Air Transport is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 115/91 Amending Some Ministries and Establishing a Vocational Training Authority,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Social Insurance Law.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 47/80 Issuing the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court, its executive regulation, and its amendments,

Royal Decree 39/82 on the Protection of Public Property and the Avoidance of Conflict of Interest and its interpretation promulgated by Royal Decree 17/83,

Royal Decree 56/82 Issuing the Financial Law and its amendments,

Royal Decree 77/86 Issuing the Law Regulating the Accounting and Auditing Profession and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 8/88 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached Law of the Financial System of the Diwan of Royal Court shall apply.

Article II

The Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court shall issue the regulations and systems necessary to implement the provisions of this law.

Article III

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force as of 1 January 1992.

and Royal Decree 64/78 Issuing the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The project for beautifying and improving the area surrounding the Omani-French Museum in Muscat—specified in the attached note and masterplan—is hereby deemed a public benefit project.

Article II

The competent entities may seize, through direct execution, land and real estate necessary for the mentioned project, and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The Ansab Dam Project in the village of Shubool (Bawshar) specified in the attached note and masterplan is hereby deemed a public benefit project.

Article II

The competent entities may seize, through direct execution, real estate and land necessary for the project, and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
