We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 46/80 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Protocol of His Majesty the Sultan and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 110/82 Naming the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article 2

Royal Decree 46/80 and its amendments are hereby repealed.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Office of the Minister of State and Wali of Dhofar is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article 2

The organisational structure of the mentioned office issued by Royal Decree 70/80 is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 64/78 issuing the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Sur City Roads Project specified in the attached note and masterplan drawings is hereby deemed a public benefit project.

Article 2

The competent entities may seize land and real estate necessary for the mentioned project, and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.

The phrase "Diwan of Protocol for His Majesty the Sultan" is hereby amended to "Diwan of Royal Court Affairs" wherever it occurs in the mentioned Royal Decree 47/80 and the law attached to it.

Article 2

The Organisational Structure of the Diwan of Royal Court Affairs attached to this decree of Ours is hereby adopted.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
