We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Our Decree 41/74 and Our Decree 53/74 regarding the formation of the Development Council,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Education is hereby added to the membership of the Development Council.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from its date.
