We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
after perusal of the Warsaw Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed in Warsaw on 12 October 1929,
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
We hereby ratify the accession of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to the mentioned Warsaw Convention.
Article 2
The competent entities must implement this agreement, and it becomes effective for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman on the date of publication of this decree in the Official Gazette.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
