We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 3 of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and article 3 of Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,
and having perused the Air Services Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,
and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Air Services Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan signed in Muscat on 10 April 1976 is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This agreement comes into force on the date of publication of this decree in the Official Gazette.
Article 3
The competent entities shall implement this decree, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
