We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Decree 13/76 amending it,
the Loan Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development for the Development and Exploitation of the Natural Gas Project in the Sultanate of Oman signed on 23 November 1976,
based on the matters presented to Us by the Deputy Chairman of the Financial Affairs Council,
and based on the opinion of the Diwan of Legislation,
hereby decide as follows
Article 1
The mentioned Loan Agreement for the Development and Exploitation of Natural Gas Project Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development is hereby ratified.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and is considered effective on the date of its publication.
