We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Decree 52/75 Regarding the Tender Statute,
and Decree 37/75 Regarding the Composition of the Tender Board,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The members mentioned below are hereby added to the membership of the Tender Board:
Minister of Education
Minister of Health
Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Oil, and Minerals.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
