We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 64/78 Issuing the Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Seeb, Qurum, and Capital Region Road Projects specified in the attached notes and masterplans are hereby deemed public benefit projects.
Article 2
The competent entities may seize land necessary for the mentioned projects, and all establishments on them, in accordance with the provisions of the mentioned Law on the Expropriation for Public Benefit.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
