We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of articles 13 and 67 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law of 1980,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Advisor Ali Salim Bader Al-Hinai is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Somali Democratic Republic.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
