Royal Decree 67/81 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Council of Environment Protection and Pollution Control

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 68/79 Establishing the Council for Environmental Protection and Pollution Control,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the mentioned Council of Environment Protection and Pollution Control is hereby adopted in accordance with the chart attached to this decree.

Article 2

All relevant entities shall implement the provisions of this decree, each within its mandate.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
