Royal Decree 91/85 Making Appointments in the Diplomatic Corps

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 44/80 Issuing the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ambassador Khamis bin Hamad bin Saif Al-Battashi is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Article 2

Advisor Mohammed bin Taher bin Alawi Aideed is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and is hereby appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Italian Republic.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
