Royal Decree 56/86 Amending the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Transportation

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

Royal Decree 1/82 Establishing the Directorate General of Meteorology,

Royal Decree 13/83 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Transportation,

and Royal Decree 60/83 Appointing Undersecretaries for the Ministry of Transportation and Determining Their Mandates,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Transportation is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article 2

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
